inteliCapture recognizes, scans and converts Hard Document Copies and automatically files documents of all types (unstructured, semi-structured, fixed forms, flexible forms) into Enterprise Content Management systems or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.
The user piles documents and place them on a scanner feeder. inteliCapture will create a PDF for each document in the pile, import it into the Enterprise Content Management system or the Enterprise Resource Planning System together with all its metadata, and file it into the appropriate Binder.

| inteliCapture AutoFax
| 
inteliCapture AutoFax enables users to send and receive faxes directly from their inbox to Open Text RightFax Server and then directly to the specified recipient. Faxes can be send as easily as an email with the appropriate attachments and cover page.
Faxes are sent to Rightfax with a unique ID number. Then information is provided regarding the fax deliver status. At the same time, AutoFax’s interface allows the user to change fax information prior to resend, or auto-resend.
Under this option, the Customer leverages AutoFax, and avoids employing the OpenText integration module.
